Fogo Island Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, I define the following area as the Fogo Island Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

All that area within the boundary of the Town of Fogo Island as defined or redefined by an Order-in-Council and published in the Gazette and all islands within 800 metres of the shoreline of the Town of Fogo Island.

The following are repealed:

             (a)  the Fogo Municipal Planning Area, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 847/96; and

             (b)  the Joe Batt's Arm - Barr'd Islands - Shoal Bay Municipal Planning Area, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 869/96.
