Under the authority of section 76 of the Forestry Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. Paragraph 2(d) of the Forest Land Management and Taxation Regulations is repealed.

2. Sections 6 and 7 of the regulations are repealed.

3. Section 8 of the regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

8. An applicant for a certificate of managed land shall prepare a sustainable forest management plan consistent with the sustainable forest management strategy of the province required under section 6 of the Act.
