Composition of School Boards Order, 2013

Under the authority of section 53(4) of the Schools Act, 1997, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Composition of School Boards Order, 2013.

School board composition

2. Fifteen trustees shall be elected for each district listed in the Boundaries of School Districts Order, 2013.

Repeal

3. The Composition of School Boards Order, 1997, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 147/97, is repealed.

Commencement

4. This Order comes into force on September 1, 2013.
