Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Special Election of November 26, 2013 Order.

Town of Colinet

        2. A special election for a 5 member council for the Town of Colinet shall be held on November 26, 2013 and Maureen Didham is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of Ming's Bight

        3. A special election for a 5 member council for the Town of Ming's Bight shall be held on November 26, 2013 and Lacey Sacrey is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of Port Kirwan

        4. A special election for a 5 member council for the Town of Port Kirwan shall be held on November 26, 2013 and G. Dana Boland is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of Seal Cove - Fortune Bay

        5. A special election for a 5 member council for the Town of Seal Cove, Fortune Bay shall be held on November 26, 2013 and Emily Loveless is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of St. Joseph's

        6. A special election for a 5 member council for the Town of St. Joseph's shall be held on November 26, 2013 and Maureen Healey is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of St. Pauls

        7. A special election for a 5 member council for the Town of St. Pauls shall be held on November 26, 2013 and Monica Pittman is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of Brent's Cove

        8. A special by-election to elect 4 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Brent's Cove on November 26, 2013 and Ellen Butler is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of Charlottetown

        9. A special by-election to elect 4 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Charlottetown on November 26, 2013 and Steward MacNab is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of Cook's Harbour

      10. A special by-election to elect 3 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Cook's Harbour on November 26, 2013 and Regina Short is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of English Harbour East

      11. A special election to elect 4 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of English Harbour East on November 26, 2013 and Barbara Byrd is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of Lushes Bight-Beaumont-Beaumont North

      12. A special by-election to elect 4 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Lushes Bight-Beaumont-Beaumont North on November 26, 2013 and Jacqueline Morgan is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of Morrisville

      13. A special by-election to elect 4 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Morrisville on November 26, 2013 and Karl Kendal is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of Pacquet

      14. A special by-election to elect 4 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Pacquet on November 26, 2013 and Janet Sacrey is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of Point au Gaul

      15. A special by-election to elect 5 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Point au Gaul on November 26, 2013 and Candy Lockyer is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of Seal Cove

      16. A special by-election to elect 4 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Seal Cove on November 26, 2013 and Patricia Rice is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of St. Brendan's

      17. A special by-election to elect 3 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of St. Brendan's on November 26, 2013 and Rita White is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of Sunnyside

      18. A special by-election to elect 4 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Sunnyside on November 26, 2013 and G. Philip Smith is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of Trepassey

      19. A special by-election to elect 6 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Trepassey on November 26, 2013 and Sharon Topping is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.

Town of Woodstock

      20. A special by-election to elect 4 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Woodstock on November 26, 2013 and Tracey Decker is appointed as returning officer for the purposes of conducting that election.
