Glover Island Public Reserve is established for the purpose of protecting the
habitat of the Newfoundland Marten (Martes
Area included 3. The area included in the Glover Island Public Reserve is set out in the Schedule. Term 4. The Glover Island Public Reserve is established for a 10 year period. Repeal 5. The Glover Island Public Reserve Order, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 86/02, is repealed. Schedule All those pieces or parcels of land
situated and being at Beginning at a point on the northeasterly shoreline of Glover Island, that point being 90 metres above mean sea level where a brook flows into Grand Lake and having coordinates east 460 209.900 metres, north 5 416 240.146 metres, more or less; Then running along the sinuosities of the shoreline of Glover Island in a general clockwise direction at 90 metres above mean sea level for a distance of 86.386 kilometres, more or less, to the point of beginning. The above described piece or parcel of land being subject to a Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro Line Easement 38.1 metres wide, extending through the land in the northeast along the existing transmission line from east 460 806.291 metres, north 5 412 807.808 metres, to east 457 059.565 metres, north 5 414 079.338 metres, more or less. The above described piece or parcel of land containing 176.503 kilometres squared, more or less. Reserving and excepting out of the above described pieces or parcels of land, however, all those pieces or parcels of land lawfully alienated from the Crown.
