Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 61 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area known as the Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area, Number 3 Well, WS-G-0213 for the Local Service District of Deep Bight as a wellhead protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Trinity North abutted and bounded as follows:

By a circle of 100 metres radius with its centre being the Local Service District's water supply # 3 Well, having UTM coordinates northing 5,331,214 metres and easting 280,350 metres.

All coordinates refer to Zone 22 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
