Rules of the Supreme Court, 1986 (Amendment)
under the
Judicature Act

Under the authority of section 55 of the Judicature Act, the Rules Committee of the Trial Division makes the following rules.

        1.   Rule 18A.06 Amdt.
Case Management Meetings

        2.   Form 18A.06A Added

 

        1. Rule 18A.06(2) of the Rules of the Supreme Court, 1986 is repealed and the following substituted:

             (2)  Where a party delivers a request in Form 18A.06A to the Court or where the case management judge deems it necessary, the case management judge may convene and hold a case management meeting at a convenient time on notice to all parties where, in the opinion of the judge, it will assist in the conduct of the proceedings.

 

        2. The rules are amended by adding Form 18A.06A below.
