Under the authority of section 7 of the Municipal Elections Act, I make the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Special Election Order, Town of Pinware.

Special election

2. A special election for a 5 member council for the Town of Pinware shall be held on June 12, 2014.

Returning officer

3. Sandra O'Dell is appointed as the returning officer for the purpose of the special election.
