Bus Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Highway Traffic Act

Under the authority of section 195 of the Highway Traffic Act, I make the following regulations.

        1. Paragraph 4(1)(a) of the Bus Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

             (a)  one of the following lamp systems:

                      (i)  2 lamps which shall emit flashes of red light mounted on the front of the bus and 2 lights of the same type mounted on the rear of the bus,

                     (ii)  4 lamps which shall emit flashes of red light mounted on the front of the bus and 4 lamps of the same type mounted on the rear of the bus, or

                    (iii)  2 lamps which shall emit flashes of red and 2 lamps which shall emit flashes of yellow mounted on the front of the bus and 4 lamps of the same type mounted on the rear of the bus; and

Commencement

        2. These regulations come into force on September 12, 2014.
