Under the authority of section 7 of the Municipal Elections Act, I make the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Special Election Order, Town of Point au Gaul.

Special election

2. A special election for a 5 member council for the Town of Point au Gaul shall be held on April 7, 2015.

Returning officer

3. Theresa Dodge is appointed as the returning officer for the purpose of the special election.
