Under the authority of subsection 53(4) of the Schools Act, 1997, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Composition of School Boards Order, 2015.

School board composition

2. Seventeen trustees shall be elected for each district listed in the Boundaries of School Districts Order, 2013.

Repeal

3. The Composition of School Boards Order, 2013, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 94/13, is repealed.
