Under the authority of section 14 of the Plant Protection Act, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, I make the following regulations.

        1. These regulations may be cited as the Plant Quarantine Regulations Repeal Regulations.

CNLR 23/96 Rep.

        2. The Plant Quarantine Regulations, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 23/96 are repealed.
