eastern side of Then in an easterly direction 821 metres, more or less, to the southernmost point of the unnamed pond at a point in the vicinity of map scaled coordinates 5,176,822 metres north, 284,352 metres east; Then in a northeast direction 4,564 metres, more or less, to a point where an unnamed stream enters an unnamed pond in the vicinity of map scaled coordinates 5,177,516 metres north, 288,863 metres east; Then in a southeast direction 883 metres, more or less, to a point at the southwest corner of an unnamed pond in the vicinity of map scaled coordinates 5,177,260 metres north, 289,708 metres east; Then in a southerly direction 3,154
metres, more or less, to a point at the southwest corner of an unnamed pond in
the vicinity of map scaled coordinates 5,174,135 metres north, 289,284 metres east; Then in a southwest direction 4,504 metres, more or less, to a point on the shoreline where Cottons River empties into Trepassey Bay in the vicinity of map scaled coordinates 5,172,467 metres north, 285,101 metres east; Then in a northerly direction, following the sinuosities of the shoreline, back to the point of commencement.
