Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Tub Harbour Pond,
WS-S-0700, Town of St. Lewis
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as the Tub Harbour Pond Water Supply Area, WS-S-0700 for the Town of St. Lewis as a protected water supply area.

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Cartwright-L'Anse au Clair abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 588,539 and northing 5,802,960;
