Under the authority of section 15 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

        1. Section 2 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act Schedule Amendment Order is repealed and the following substituted:

as amended

        2. The Schedule to the Independent Appointments Commission Act is amended by 

             (a)  adding immediately after the entity reference "Public Service Pension Plan Corporation with respect to government appointees" the entity reference "Teachers' Pension Plan Corporation with respect to government appointees"; and

             (b)  adding the word and reference "and subsection 14(1)" after the reference "subsections 8(1) and 8(2)" in the entity reference "Regional Health Authorities Act".
