St. Jacques-Coombs Cove Municipal Planning Area (Amendment)
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, I make the following amendment to the boundary of the St. Jacques-Coombs Cove Municipal Planning Area.

1. The boundary of the St. Jacques-Coombs Cove Municipal Planning Area is amended by adding immediately before the sentence "All bearings being referred to the true meridian." the paragraph "Also including St. Jacques Island located southeast of St. Jacques Harbour.".
