Official Inspection Station Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Highway Traffic Act

Under the authority of subsection 196(1) of the Highway Traffic Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

        1. Schedule A of the Official Inspection Station Regulations is amended by deleting the row starting with a reference to "cars, light trucks & vans" and substituting the following:

 

cars, light trucks, vans and three-wheeled vehicles

4 metres x 8 metres

 

        2. Schedule B of the regulations is amended by deleting the row starting with a reference to "cars, light trucks and vans" and substituting the following:

 

cars, light trucks, vans and three-wheeled vehicles

before transfer of ownership following a sale

Commencement

        3. These regulations come into force on February 12, 2017.
