Under the authority of section 24 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

1. Section 2 of the Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order is amended by deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph (a.1), by deleting the period at the end of paragraph (b) and substituting a semi-colon and the word "and" and by adding immediately after that paragraph the following:

(c) adding immediately before the entity reference "C.A. Pippy Park Golf Course Limited with respect to ministerial appointments" the entity reference "Audit Committee with respect to ministerial appointments of members external to government".
