1. Section 5 of the Commission of Inquiry Respecting the Death of Mr. Donald Dunphy Order is repealed and the following substituted:

Final report

5. (1) The commission of inquiry shall deliver the final report to the Minister of Justice and Public Safety, who shall be the minister responsible for the commission of inquiry, before July 1, 2017.

(2) The commission of inquiry shall terminate its work before September 30, 2017.
