Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act, 1999, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, upon the recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment, makes the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Duntara Disincorporation Order.

Town disincorporated

2. The Town of Duntara is disincorporated.

Repeal

3. The Town of Duntara Order, 2001, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 68/01, is repealed.

Effective date

4. This Order shall come into force on the date of publication.
