Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Provincial Parks Act, I make the following Order.

        1. The Newfoundland and Labrador T'Railway Provincial Park Proclamation is amended by adding at the end of the Schedule the following:

 

The area described in this Schedule is decreased by removing the following parcel of land:

All that piece or parcel of land situate and being in the Town of Bishop's Falls, in the Electoral District of Exploits, in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, abutted and bounded as follows, that is to say:

Beginning at a survey marker, the said point being the most westerly angle of the herein described parcel and having coordinates of north 5,429,820.263 metres and east 341,064.490 metres;

Then running along property of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation (Parks Division), Title No. 113478 (Newfoundland and Labrador T'Railway Provincial Park), north 63° 16' 45" east 22.900 metres to a survey marker;

Then running along land granted by the Crown to the Town of Bishop's Falls registered in Volume 247, Folio 101 at the Registry of Crown Titles, south 75° 48' 01" east 20.083 metres;

Then running along land granted by the Crown to the Town of Bishop's Falls registered in Volume 247, Folio 101 at the Registry of Crown Titles, south 71° 47' 06" east 41.816 metres;

Then running along land granted by the Crown to the Town of Bishop's Falls registered in Volume 247, Folio 101 at the Registry of Crown Titles, south 65° 30' 35" east 51.602 metres;

Then running along the river bank of the Exploits River, south 53° 05' 59" west 124.568 metres;

Then running along the river bank of the Exploits River, south 57° 37' 40" west 115.297 metres;

Then running along the shoreline of the Exploits River, south 36° 05' 25" west 54.484 metres;

Then running along the river bank of the Exploits River, to a point which bears south 11° 00' 09" west a straight line distance of 31.846 metres;

The above described parcel of land being subject to a utility easement 5.5 metres wide.

The above described parcel of land contains an area of 0.863 hectares more or less.

All bearings are being referred to the meridian of 56 west longitude of the Three Degree Modified Transverse Mercator Projection, Zone 2, NAD 83 for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
