Angling and Tag Use Order, 2018 (Amendment) (Filed June 21, 2018) Under the authority of section 3.2 and 4.1 of the Wild Life Regulations and the Wild Life Act, I make the following Order. Dated at Gerry Byrne ORDER Analysis 1.
S.2 Amdt. 2.
S.3 R&S NLR 44/18 1. Paragraph 2(2)(a) of the Salmon Angling and Tag Use Order, 2018 is repealed and the following substituted: (a) rivers designated as Class 0 or Class 2 under the Newfoundland and Labrador Fishery Regulations (Canada), except for rivers referred to in subsection 3(2); and 2. Section 3 of the Order is repealed and the following substituted: Non-application 3. (1) Section
2 shall not apply to angling under the authority of a licence issued under the Aboriginal Communal Fishing Licences Regulations
( (2) Subsection 2(2) shall not apply to the
following Class 2 rivers and tributary streams in (a) (b) Big River; (c) Black Bear River and tributary streams; (d) (e) (f) (g) (h) (i) Little (j) Michael's River; (k) (l) Reid's (m) (n) (o) White Bear River and tributary streams. ©Queen's Printer |
