Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Feasibility Report Respecting the Alteration of the Boundaries of the Town of North River Order.

Feasibility Report

2. A feasibility report shall be prepared to consider the alteration of the boundaries of the Town of North River.

Appointment

3. Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions is appointed to prepare the feasibility report.

Preparation of report

4. The feasibility report shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Municipalities Act, 1999.
