Under the authority of section 24 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2018 No. 3.

Sch. C Amdt.

        2. Schedule C of the Public Service Commission Act is amended by adding immediately before the entity reference "Dental Monitoring Committee" the reference "Committee for the Independent Review of the Public Post-Secondary Education System".

Repeal

        3. The Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2018 No. 2, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 56/18 is repealed.
