Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2018 No. 4.

2. Schedule C of the Public Service Commission Act is amended by deleting the statutory appointment reference "Buildings Accessibility Act, section 18 with respect to Lieutenant-Governor in Council appointments" and substituting the statutory appointment reference "Buildings Accessibility Act, sections 18 and 20 with respect to Lieutenant-Governor in Council appointments".

Repeal

3. The Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2018 No. 3, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 88/18 is repealed.
