Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2018 No. 5.

2. Schedule C of the Public Service Commission Act is amended by adding immediately after the statutory appointment reference "Buildings Accessibility Act, sections 18 and 20 with respect to Lieutenant-Governor in Council appointments" the reference "Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, section 201.114 with respect to provincial appointments".

Repeal

3. The Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2018 No. 4, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 97/18 is repealed.
