Bus Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Highway Traffic Act

Under the authority of section 195 of the Highway Traffic Act, I make the following regulations.

1. Subsection 5(2) of the Bus Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the minister may issue a special permit for the operation of a school bus which is painted chrome yellow or school bus yellow, to transport passengers to and from events, where the minister is satisfied that adequate commercial transportation is not available.
