of Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area of the Local Service District of St.
Andrew's, St. Andrew's Well Number 1,
WS-G-0679 (Filed March 28, 2019) Under the authority of section 61 of the Water Resources Act, I
designate the area generally known as St. Andrew's Well Number 1, WS-G-0679 for
the Local Service District of St. Andrew's as a wellhead protected water supply

area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of St. George's –
Humber abutted and bounded as follows: Beginning
at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 328,645 metres and northing
5,296,511 metres; Then
running in a northwesterly direction for
a distance of 44 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates
of easting 328,619 metres and northing 5,296,546 metres; Then running in a northerly direction for a
distance of 201 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates
of easting 328,601 metres and northing 5,296,746 metres; Then
running in an easterly direction for a distance of 56 metres, more or less, to
a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 328,653 metres and northing
5,296,767 metres; Then
running in an easterly direction for a distance of 129 metres, more or less, to
a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 328,780 metres and northing
5,296,747 metres; Then
running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 135 metres, more or
less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 328,868 metres and
northing 5,296,645 metres; Then
running in a southerly direction for a distance of 54 metres, more or less, to
a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 328,872 metres and northing
5,296,591 metres; Then
running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 211 metres, more or
less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 328,680 metres and
northing 5,296,503 metres; Then
running in a westerly direction for a distance of 36 metres, more or less, to
the point of commencement. All
coordinates refer Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator
