Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Service District of Burnt Point-Gull Island-Northern Bay Disestablishment Order.

Local service district disestablished

2. The Local Service District of Burnt Point-Gull Island-Northern Bay in the Provincial Electoral District of Carbonear-Trinity-Bay de Verde is disestablished.

Repeal

3. The Local Service District of Burnt Point-Gull Island-Northern Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 133/03, is repealed.

Commencement

4. This Order comes into force on October 15, 2019.
