St. Joseph's Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, I define the following area as the St. Joseph's Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA


Beginning at a point on the centre line of Route 90 that intersects with Six Mile River having coordinates east 269,790.491 metres and north 5,213,586.582 metres, more or less;

Then heading in a northwesterly direction to a point on the center line of Route 94 having coordinates east 262,594.993 metres and north 5,216,493.752 metres, more or less;

Then heading west to a point on the southern shoreline of the Salmonier Arm having coordinates east 260,216.480 metres and north 5,216,493.752 metres, more or less;

Then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the sinuosity of the southern shoreline of Salmonier Arm to a point at the mouth of Gulch Brook having coordinates east 266,920.187 metres and north 5,220,409.750 metres, more or less;

Then heading south to a point located a distance of 300 metres, more or less, due east of the centre line of route 90 having coordinates east 266,920.187 metres and north 5,218,842.322 metres, more or less;

Then running in a generally southeasterly direction parallel at a distance of 300 metres, more or less, east of the centre line of route 90 to a point on the southern bank of the Back River;

Then running in a generally southerly direction parallel at a distance of 300 metres, more or less, east of the centre line of of route 90 to a point at the centre of Six Mile River;

Then running along the centre line of Six Mile River west a distance of 300 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning on the centre line of Route 90.

The above described piece or parcel of land containing approximately 3013 hectares, more or less.

All bearings and coordinates being referenced to NAD 1983 (CSRS) MTM Zone 1.
