Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Widgeon Pond, WS-S-0564, Town of Pool's Cove
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as the Widgeon Pond Water Supply Area, WS-S-0564, for the Town of Pool's Cove as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Fortune Bay – Cape La Hune abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 617,540 metres and northing 5,281,667 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 76 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 617,464 metres and northing 5,281,661 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 59 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 617,411 metres and northing 5,281,636 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 52 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 617,359 metres and northing 5,281,633 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 83 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 617,281 metres and northing 5,281,662 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 75 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 617,230 metres and northing 5,281,717 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 101 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 617,194 metres and northing 5,281,811 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 77 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 617,193 metres and northing 5,281,888 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 62 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 617,204 metres and northing 5,281,949 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 51 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 617,235 metres and northing 5,281,989 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 100 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 617,228 metres and northing 5,282,089 metres;

Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 72 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 617,296 metres and northing 5,282,065 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 59 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 617,335 metres and northing 5,282,021 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 69 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 617,456 metres and northing 5,281,988 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 60 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 617,497 metres and northing 5,281,944 metres;
