Newfoundland and Labrador NEWFOUNDLAND Liquor
Limitation Order (Amendment) (Filed November 7, 2019) Under the authority of sections 61 and 68 of the Liquor Control Act, the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, makes the following Order. S.2 Amdt. CNLR 18/96 1. Section 2 of the Liquor Limitation Order is repealed and the following substituted: Liquor brought into the province limited 2. An individual may, on any one occasion, bring liquor into the province from a part of Canada other than the province where (a) the liquor is physically accompanied by the individual as it is brought into the province; (b) the liquor is for the individual's personal consumption or for consumption by another individual at the first individual's expense; and (c) the quantity of liquor does not exceed (i) in the case of spirits, 6 litres, (ii) in the case of wine, 18 litres, and (iii) in the case of beer or coolers, 52 litres in total. ©Queen's Printer |
