Short title

        1. This Notice may be cited as the Executive Council Notice, 2019.

Administration of Acts

        2. (1) The Acts of the province which fall under the administration of the Executive Council are described in Schedule A.

             (2)  The Acts of the province which fall under the administration of a minister appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council as responsible for a particular office or agency are described in Schedules B to K.

Repeal

        3. (1) The Executive Council Notice, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 77/03 is repealed.

             (2)  The Department of Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs Notice, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 87/03 is repealed.
