Under the authority of section 97 of the Forestry Act, I make the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Forest Fire Season Order, 2020.

Forest fire season

2. The forest fire season for 2020 shall be

(a) between the hours of 12:01 a.m. on April 23, 2020 and midnight on September 30, 2020 on the island portion of the province; and

(b) between the hours of midnight on June 1, 2020 and midnight on September 30, 2020 on the Labrador portion of the province.
