Under the authority of section 24 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2020.

Sch. C Amdt.

        2. Schedule C of the Public Service Commission Act is amended by deleting the statutory appointment reference "Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, section 4 with respect to provincial appointments".

Repeal

        3. The Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2019, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 25/19, is repealed.
