Fishing and Angling in a Provincial Park Permission Order

Provincial Parks Regulations
and the
Provincial Parks Act

Under the authority of section 4 of the Provincial Parks Regulations and the Provincial Parks Act, I make the following Order.

1. This Order may be cited as the Fishing and Angling in a Provincial Park Permission Order.

Fishing and angling permitted

2. Fishing and angling are permitted in a provincial park where it is not contrary to the Fisheries Act (Canada) or the regulations made under that Act.
