Under the authority of section 24 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2020 No. 3.

RSNL1990 cP-43 Sch. C Amdt.

2. Schedule C of the Public Service Commission Act is amended by adding immediately after the entity reference "Fisheries Advisory Council" the reference "Independent Geoscience Technical Advisory Committee with respect to mineral industry representatives".

Repeal

3. The Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2020 No. 2, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulations 65/20 is repealed.
