Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act, 1999, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Pasadena Order, 2021.

Boundaries

        2. The boundaries of the Town of Pasadena are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

        3. The Town of Pasadena Order, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 368/96, is repealed.

 SCHEDULE

Beginning at a point at the mouth of Beaverton Brook having coordinates east 372,673.757 metres and north 5,436,230.394 metres, more or less;

Then heading in a southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline to a point on a high water mark having coordinates east 367,266.169 metres and north 5,430,333.650 metres, more or less;

Then heading in a southeasterly direction to a point on the south side of the transmission line having coordinates east 367,310.433 metres and north 5,430,125.547 metres, more or less;

Then heading in a southeasterly direction to a point having coordinates east 367,933.264 metres and north 5,428,002.178 metres, more or less;

Then heading in an easterly direction to a point having coordinates east 373,682.388 metres and north 5,427,901.827 metres, more or less;

Then heading in a northeasterly direction to a point having coordinates east 377,795.394 metres and north 5,429,318.049 metres, more or less;

Then heading in a northerly direction to a point next to an unnamed pond having coordinates east 378,018.700 and north 5,431,314.400 metres, more or less;

Then heading in a northwesterly direction to a point having coordinates east 375,846.485 metres and north 5,434,359.733 metres, more or less;

Then heading in a northerly direction to a point on the centre line of an unnamed road having coordinates east 376,240.891 metres and north 5,438,327.726 metres, more or less;

Then running in a southwesterly direction along the centre line of the unnamed road to a point on the centre line of the Trans Canada Highway having coordinates east 373,567.158 metres and north 5,437,099.325 metres, more or less;

Then running in a southwesterly direction along the centre line of the Trans Canada Highway to a point having coordinates east 373,361.257 metres and north 5,436,625.229 metres, more or less;

Then heading in a northwesterly direction to a point on a high water mark having coordinates east 372,320.617 metres and north 5,436,955.488 metres, more or less;

Then running in a southeasterly direction along the sinuosities of Deer Lake back to the point of beginning.

All coordinates being scaled from 30cm Orthorectified Imagery and being referenced to the North American Datum 1983 (NAD83) using the Modified Transverse Mercator (MTM) Zone 3 Projection.
