Forest Fire Season Order, 2021

Under the authority of section 97 of the Forestry Act, I make the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Forest Fire Season Order, 2021.

Forest fire season

2. The forest fire season for 2021 shall be

(a) between the hours of midnight on May 1, 2021 and midnight on September 30, 2021 on the island portion of the province; and

(b) between the hours of midnight on May 15, 2021 and midnight on September 30, 2021 on the Labrador portion of the province.
