Under the authority of section 24 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2021.

RSNL1990 cP-43 Sch. C Amdt.

2. Schedule C of the Public Service Commission Act is amended by removing the entity reference "Fisheries Advisory Council".

Repeal

3. The Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2020 No.3, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulations 87/20 is repealed.
