Under the authority of subsection 5(3) of the Municipal Elections Act, I make the following Order.

1. This Order may be cited as the General Election Deferral Order for the Town of Kippens.

2. Notwithstanding subsections 5(1) and (2) of the Municipal Elections Act, it is ordered that the 2021 municipal general election for the Town of Kippens be deferred to November 30, 2021.
