Under the authority of section 24 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

Analysis

        3.   Repeal

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2021 No. 2.

RSNL1990 cP-3 Sch. C Amdt.

        2. Schedule C of the Public Service Commission Act is amended by adding immediately after the entity reference "Regional Council of the Rural Secretariat - Stephenville-Port aux Basques Region" the reference "Teacher Allocation Review Committee".

Repeal

        3. The Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2021, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 38/21 is repealed.
