Under the authority of section 24 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2021 No. 3.

RSNL1990 cP-43 Sch. C Amdt.

2. Schedule C of the Public Service Commission Act is amended by adding immediately after the statutory appointment reference "Livestock Insurance Act, section 3" the statutory appointment reference "Management of Greenhouse Gas Act, paragraphs 8(2)(a) and (b)".

Repeal

3. The Public Service Commission Act Schedule Amendment Order, 2020 No. 2, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulations 52/21 is repealed.
