Public Utilities Act

Under the authority of section 5.2 of the Electrical Power Control Act, 1994 and section 4.1 of the Public Utilities Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

1. Paragraph 2(1)(b) of the Muskrat Falls Project Exemption Order is repealed and the following substituted:

(b) "LilParty" means the Labrador-Island Link Holding Corporation, the Labrador-Island Link General Partner Corporation, the Labrador-Island Link Limited Partnership, the Labrador-Island Link Operating Corporation, the Labrador-Island Link General Partner (2021) Corporation, the Labrador-Island Link Holding (2021) Corporation or the LIL (2021) Limited Partnership, or any combination of them as the context may require;
