Under the authority of section 24 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2023.

RSNL1990 cP-43 Sch. C Amdt.

2. Schedule C of the Public Service Commission Act is amended by adding immediately after the statutory appointment reference "Provincial Court Act, 1991, paragraphs 16(2)(b), 19(1)(c) and 20(1)(c)" the statutory appointment reference "Provincial Health Authority Regulations, subsection 7(2)".

Repeal

3. The Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2021 No. 3, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 81/21, is repealed.
