Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Special By-Election for the Town of Avondale Order.

Special by-election.

2. A special by-election to elect 3 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Avondale on April 30, 2024.

Returning officer

3. Dawn Chaplin is appointed as the returning officer for the purpose of conducting the by-election referred to in section 2.

Alternate returning officer

4. Kim Osmond is appointed as the alternate returning officer.
