Under the authority of section 24 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

        3.   Repeal

Short title

        1. This order may be cited as the Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2024 No. 2.

RSNL1990 cP-43 Sch. C Amdt.

        2. Schedule C of the Public Service Commission Act is amended by adding immediately after the statutory appointment reference "Professional Fish Harvesters Act, paragraphs 5(2)(f) and (h) and subsection 15(3) and section 20 with respect to the appointment of a person who is not a professional fish harvester" the statutory appointment reference "Provincial Advisory Council Regulations, paragraph 4(1)(c)".

Repeal

        3. The Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2024, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 33/24 is repealed.
