Under the authority of section 299 of the Towns and Local Service Districts Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. Subsection 8(1) of the Councillor Remuneration and Reimbursement Regulations is amended by deleting the words "2/3 of the councillors in office" and substituting the words "the majority of the councillors".

2. These regulations come into force on January 1, 2025.
