Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Butcher's Brook, WS-S-0184, Town of Come by Chance
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as Butcher's Brook Protected Public Water Supply Area, WS-S-0184, for the Town of Come by Chance, as a protected public water supply area.

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Placentia West - Bellevue abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 276,799 metres and northing 5,303,391 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 71 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 276,827 metres and northing 5,303,326 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 191 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 277,003 metres and northing 5,303,400 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 140 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 277,124 metres and northing 5,303,329 metres;

The Notice of Protected Water Supply Area, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 543/96, is repealed.
