Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Long Pond, WS-S-0096, Town of Burgeo
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as Long Pond Protected Public Water Supply Area, WS-S-0096, for the Town of Burgeo, as a protected public water supply area.

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Burgeo - La Poile abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 451,388 metres and northing 5,276,004 metres;
